![]() "Measurements" sheet lets you put in your body measurements (weight/ caliper measurements/ measuring tape measurements) and uses various bf% formulas to give you average bf% readings based on the equations (bf% formulas are coded into the sheet) "Workout_filtered_dir" sheet lets you see all the exercises and filter based on them requiring weights or not (users can find body weight exercises they want easily) and see the correct forms of the exercises In the "workout routine" sheet you can build out your days workouts with a wide list of exercises and hover/click the cell to see the correct form of the workouts. It'll also keep track of your PRs for each exercise (the weight you did and when). The "workout" sheet helps you track your daily workouts (the dropdowns make it easily to select exercises from the precreated muscle groups and precreated exercise lists- more exercises can be added to the list in the "WORKOUT_FULL_DIR" sheet). The daily tracker will calculate your days calorie and protein metrics and show trends in the analytics sheet. You can add in whichever foods you eat or build recipes to quickly use in the "FOOD_DIR" sheet. The "Daily food" sheet allows you to track your daily food metrics. This excel tracker has many components ("Info" sheet in the workbook breaks them down too): Make sure Formula-> Calculation Options in Excel are set to manual (if it doesn't automatically default) so it only calculates the current sheet when needed) (It might be somewhat laggy on some sheets because of the calculations. The current data in this document is sample data and this excel file works best on PC/MAC with macros enabled as it uses VBA (Google Sheets and mobile excel doesn't support it fully). knowing what workouts are out there and seeing the correct form, being able to track measurements and calculate bf% and see if they are improving over time and overall seeing all their relevant fitness data that they are able to easily customize to track whatever else they want. ![]() I found its a useful tool for a lot of beginners or anyone who wants to ensure they're eating the right amount of calories/protein. I wanted to keep track of my progress and use the data to ensure I was on track to get the results I wanted. I wanted to share this "fitness tracker/data sheet" that I created as others may also find it useful! I wanted to build something that would help me keep track of various metrics and components of fitness including tracking my calories/protein, daily workouts, sleep and body measurements (bf%/other changes).
